Hinter dem edlen Design-Gehäuse aus gehärtetem und UNI ISO 12150 zertifiziertem Sekuritglas verbirgt sich eine 1500 W starke und 350 kg schwere Fräsmaschine, die allen Erschütterungen standhält. Das Fräsgerät ist mit der bewährten 5+1 Achsen-Simultan-Frästechnologie ausgestattet. Das Herzstück bildet der um 360° schwenkbare Werkstücktisch mit dem auch schwierig erreichbare Stellen wie Unterschnitte und Divergenzen problemlos gefräst werden. Dies ermöglicht neben dem Anfertigen von Standardindikationen wie Einzelkronen, Inlays, Onlays oder Veneers auch die Herstellung von okklusal verschraubten Brücken, Geschieben oder Stegen. Im extra großen und durch verschiedene Werkstückhalter flexibel nutzbaren Fräsbereich können, bis zu 10 Modelle, 20 Vollzahnkränze, 30 Raw-Abutments®/Bridge-Rods (vorgefertigte Titanabutment bzw. Brückenrohlinge) oder auch 30 Glaskeramikrohlinge in einem Arbeitsvorgang bearbeitet werden. Die eingebaute Werkzeugwechsel-Funktion und das Werkzeugmagazin ermöglichen zudem das automatisierte Austauschen von bis zu 32 Bearbeitungswerkzeugen. Mit dem Fräsgerät M4 Wet Heavy Metal können somit alle Bestandteile einer komplexen Zahnrestauration (z. B. Titansteg, Friktionselement, Sekundärstruktur) in nur einem Fräsvorgang hergestellt werden.
