         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Crawl (Darby) Phase: the crawl phase lasts 20 days, designed to assess the physical and mental capabilities to move to the next phase and complete Ranger school. <br></strong><a href="https://www.military.com/special-operations/army-ranger-training.html">https://www.military.com/special-operations/army-ranger-training.html</a><strong><br><br>Walk (Mountain) Phase: the walk phase lasts 21 days staged in the mountains, receiving instruction on military mountaineering tasks and techniques on deploying squads and platoons in continuous combat patrol operations while further strengthening your ability to lead a platoon-sized operation through planning, preparing and executing varieties of combat patrol missions.<br><br>Run (Swamp) Phase: the run phase continues to develop your combat arms functional skills, having to go through enormous physical and mental stress, accomplished through exercises in a swamp environment with a platoon sized patrol operations. Run phase develops your ability to lead small units on airborne, air assault, small-boat, ship-to-shore, and dismounted combat patrol operations in a low intensity combat environment. </strong></div>]]></description>
