SKILL: Having experienced solving real-world problems through scientific research programs, I participated in an international conference on social sciences and law in 2023. The conference was titled 'Policy Implementation of Human Resources Governance in Increasing Competence in the Era of State Higher Education Legal Agency (PTNBH)'. Through the research presented at the conference, we aimed to determine whether the policy could effectively address the problem at hand. Additionally, through public policy research, we can create policy briefs that promote public interest and raise awareness about these issues. I am committed to maintaining high levels of commitment and consistency in fulfilling my tasks and responsibilities

wants to create an environmental stabilizer entrepreneurship based on managing and utilizing organic waste for the community.

I run a community service program in managing organic waste through BSF larvae at the Salalimul Fudhola Islamic boarding school and get funding to develop a business to process BSF larvae into poultry, fish, cat and maggot oil feed through the business plan competition program and the entrepreneurial student development program (P2MW ) from the Ministry of Education and Culture during college.
