Rice is always part of my lunch, so it is essential, so I eat rice five or six times a week. Sea food is not one of my favorites, fish spines are annoying, so I like salmon and shrimp. I like meat as protein, along with chicken. My breakfast is always accompanied by eggs, in different presentations.
I’m not allergic to any kind of food, so at best, I’m not a dieter either, I try to control my diet instead. One of my least favorite foods is broccoli or cauliflower, its flavor I don’t like.
