    Side note:  referring back to Chapter 5 (pg. 152) where Al-Timimi discusses the importance and impact of an efficient traffic function, it appears Mustard Creative live by the same ethos - allocating the work across the teams based on scope, capabilities and capacity.  This is demonstrated in their statement (‘how we help’ section) where they describe the collaboration across within the agency.
