The classroom should create the perfect, relaxed, motivated, inspiring and safe learning environment for the learners to take responsibility for their own learning process, while comfortably engaging with their peers and the teacher.
Learning something new is suppose to be exciting and not a scary process. The feedback should be positive, constructive and beneficial for the learners.
