They also grab you and lead you to where there might be something that they want if they can’t use their words

my son tries to hide that he needs to pee when the play he’s playing is too good to leave. He starts going up and down quick and talk quick before he runs off to washroom.

His body communicates but tries to ignore.

when children are communicating, they talk with each other of what work they are handed in. For example if they have a paper that they are to colour on they ask ‘’what colours are you doing?’’ ‘’I’m going to do this one red!’’ They communicate a lot during the day all day. They communicate with the teachers and everyone around them:)

When i tried telling my child to count oranges, she just sniffed one lol. I said naisakki instead of naasakkit which is a correct way to say it. lol. Naigu is sniff it in my language. Haha

Funny examples of ways that kids communicate are:

When they are confused
Making funny expressions/looks
Talking in funny ways- voices or copying/mimicking what you say
Dancing and excitement silly movements
When my child is trying to do puzzles she looks at me and thinking she grabs the right piece of puzzle, I tell her you have to see if it’s the right one. She enjoys doing puzzles.

Once when one of ask asked one of our kids to hand the landline telephone they gave us smart/iphone instead (give me the phone when they hand the phone we was like, not that but this (pointed to the phone)). Then one of the kids says “that’s not phone” then we asked what it is but the kid didn’t know what it is 😭😂
