On September 11, 2001, the Twin Towers crash were terrorist attacks, when two commercial airliners, American Airlines Flight 11 and United Airlines Flight 175, were hijacked by members of Al-Qaeda. Both planes crashed into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center in New York.

The impact of the planes caused massive fires and, in less than two hours, both towers collapsed, resulting in the deaths of almost 3,000 people and thousands of injuries. This tragic event not only had a devastating impact on the lives of many people, but also led to significant changes in security policy and the declaration of the War on Terror by the United States. Furthermore, it left a deep mark on collective memory and contemporary history.In my opinion, this event frightened many people and caused a lot of destruction.

COVID-19, caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, emerged in 2019 in China and is transmitted by respiratory droplets and surfaces. Its symptoms range from mild (fever, cough, loss of smell) to severe (pneumonia, respiratory failure). The WHO declared the pandemic in March 2020, impacting global health, economy and society. Prevention includes masks, hygiene, distancing and mass vaccination. Although the situation has improved, the virus remains under surveillance for new variants and effects such as “long COVID.” In my opinion COVID-19 is very bad and i wish this wouldn’t happen again.

Alexander Fleming was a doctor and a famous scientist for be the discoverer of the penicillin.In 1928,he went vacation,he forgot cleanint a bacterial culture plate where a mushroom happened to grow.This was a very important oversight since,after the scientist arrived and saw this fungus,he discoverer that it was a cure for treating infections caused by bacteria,such as pneumonia.It is one of the most important discoveries since many medicines have penicillin.In my opinion on this discovery is important since penicillin has saved and continuos to sabe many lives.
