The target audience is busy people in the city(the florist who wanted to do it program), I want to make them full of hope and warmth about the busy and boring life after watching the video of my city romance plan.

With today's high-tech and fast-paced lifestyles affecting our lives every day, the presence of flowers can trigger happy emotions, enhance life satisfaction, and often influence social behavior in a positive way. Experts recommend exercise and other personal lifestyle changes to relieve stress. According to recent behavioral research conducted at the State University of New Jersey at Rutgers, Nature has provided us with a simple way to improve our emotional well-being -- flowers.

The results of the study

During a 10-month study of participants' behavioral and emotional responses to receiving flowers, a team of researchers explored the link between flowers and life satisfaction. Flowers, it turns out, are natural and healthy modulators of mood.

1. Flowers have a direct effect on happiness. All study participants expressed "real" or "excited" smiles when they received the flowers, showing extraordinary joy and gratitude. This reaction is universal and occurs in all age groups.

2. Flowers have a long-term positive effect on mood. Specifically, study participants reported feeling less depressed, anxious, and upset after receiving flowers and showed higher feelings of enjoyment and life satisfaction.

3. Flowers can form intimate bonds. The presence of flowers increases contact with family and friends.

Researchers Jeannette Haviland-Jones and her husband Terry McGuire have provided compelling evidence that flowers can be powerful emotional support.
In 2005 Haviland-Jones and her team presented participants with one of three gifts -- decorative candles, fruit baskets, and bouquets -- and in each case, the recipient responded to the flowers with what's called a Duchenne smile -- a heartfelt "authentic smile" involving the mouth, cheeks, and eyes; Neither candles nor fruit elicited this overall positive response. Three days later, during the study, those who received the flowers still felt happier than their peers. Clearly, something about flowers is moving them uniquely, and Haviland-Jones doesn't think it's just that "we've been socialized to love flowers."

In recent years, the physiological relaxation effect brought by nature has become more and more obvious. However, many workers find it difficult to connect with nature in their work environment. Getting in touch with flowers represents an opportunity to incorporate nature into your working life. In this study, we examined the effects of rose exposure on physiological and psychological variables (heart rate variability, pulse rate, and subjective responses) in office workers.

The study included 31 male office workers. Subjects were exposed to 30 unscented pink roses (Rosa, Dekora) in a cylindrical glass vase for 4 minutes. In the control condition, the subjects did not touch the flowers. After the experiment, the subjects filled out a questionnaire. The exposure order between subjects was canceled out. The high-frequency component of heart rate variability was significantly higher in the rose exposed subjects than in the control group. Similarly, feelings of "comfort," "relaxation," and "naturalness" were more common among subjects exposed to roses.

The data from this study support the physical and psychological relaxing effects of flower exposure on office workers.

I will attract the audience through the visual beauty, they will see the joy brought by flowers. I'll do some shots on the beach, get a close-up of the flowers, and beautify them.
