There are lots of places that offer Christian meditation (for example Take Take). Why not try some as a group, remembering that in mindfulness practice we are not sat here doing nothing, but we are changing the world by changing ourselves first.
On the seventh day of the creation stories, God rested and enjoyed what he had made. How do we rest? What if the sabbath was meant for rest and play in God's presence?
How do we experience God's comfort?
Maybe try creating a sensory space with comfy pillows, lights, maybe some scents, or try going outside. What do you notice? Take a look at how intricately and evenly natural things are made. Look at the beauty of the things that may otherwise get overlooked. Look at leaves, pinecones, snowflakes and sand. Have a mixture of images and tactile, physical things.
How is the world made? How do we need to take care of it? What can we do?
