Glampers do not need to pitch a tent or set up sleeping bags, as accommodations are prepared in advance as they would be in a hotel or motel. A significant difference is that, compared to tents, these accommodations are larger, more sturdy structures, such as yurts, teepees, and cabins, and they are strategically placed to take advantage of the surrounding scenery.

It welcomes those seeking to immerse themselves in the unique character of a particular destination.
