Give to Gustavus Day is an opportunity to give back to the school that gave me so much! One of my greatest highlights was participating in numerous spring break mission trips - Jamaica, Mississippi, Baltimore and Omaha. These experiences were a significant catalyst in my faith formation and continue to influence me 25 years later! Please join me in giving and ensuring the next generation of Gusties can experience the same opportunities we were blessed with.

I'm so grateful for the Gustavus community and all of the incredible people it has brought into my life. I proudly display Gustavus memorabilia at my women's sports bar (A Bar of Their Own) and love the conversations it has sparked with Gusties who come in to visit! While we may not all "know each other's name," we know we share a unique bond long after we've left The Hill!

Since I enjoy a good snack, I'll share that cheese & crackers and chips & salsa were my go-to snacks during Finals Week...and pretty much every other week, too. :)

In addition to memorable snacks, I am thankful for my time at Gustavus. I treasure community, the education I received, and life-long friendships.

Some of the best people in my life came from my time at Gustavus. I give to Gustavus to celebrate friendships created over 40 years ago and we're still connected today! Supporting GAC is a way to honor the many Gusties who have enhanced my journey and continue to make a positive impact on my life.

Life would be dull without the connections we make with people. Gustavus provided me opportunities to create relationships with people similar to me, but more importantly, to learn about others from different backgrounds within the U.S. and abroad. I will be forever grateful for the friendships I have made and continue to develop thanks to my years at Gustavus.

I’m so grateful for the wonderful experiences that shaped my college years and continue to enrich my life today. Gustavus gave me not only an amazing education, but friendships that have truly stood the test of time. From mini-reunions to celebrating life’s biggest milestones together, my Gustavus crew still keeps the joy alive!

I also often find myself reminiscing about my unforgettable study abroad adventures in Australia — truly the experience of a lifetime.

My greatest memories from Gustavus are with the Gustavus Choir. From being one of the lucky students to sing under Dr. Ken Jennings and Dr. Greg Aune, to singing in alumni choir at many homecoming remembrance services, to traveling and singing with students and alumni on the 2019 and 2023 internationals tours, to singing with other Gustavus Choir alums in VocalEssence and the Together in Hope Choir, the people and the music we make together enriches my life beyond measure.
