When it is very small the piece passes through the other side of the stomach, causing it to come out where we poop. An example of this is when we swallowed an object small in size as a child you only had to wait a few days for it to come out, another reason is that if it does not come out it can dissolve in the stomach for 1 to 2 days normally and the third reason is that the body warns you with symptoms such as constipation.
