WIFE - through out the story you can tell that the wife is a very beautiful , joyful woman , that wants to be like others , and is over whelmed about the life she is living .she wants to be smothered in luxury , and wants to live the life that any other '' rich '' woman would live . 

HUSBAND - the husband shows that he trys to make his wifes confidence stay up by telling her that shes beautiful in anything she wears . he seems like a very genuine person to talk to .
