Coverage helps patients get into the health care system itself, services "depends in part on ensuring that people have a usual and ongoing source of care" (Making Healthy Choices, 6), timeliness is providing the treatment in time and workforce is the people that work to treat (doctors, nurses, ENT's, etc).</div>]]></description>
