         <description><![CDATA[<p>I lead enforce a heavy HDB surveillance and fine to anyone who litters or attempts to litter they will be charged with community service and be punished to avoid people littering. Furthermore, during my free time, I would always walk about the HDB void decks and help to pick up any litter I found on the ground. I would also educate residents about the consequences of littering and why they shouldn’t litter.</p>]]></description>
