During her life she published seven bibliographies, three books of essays, several books of poetry and was credited with a list of plays, movies and television shows spanning over 50 years. She is known for most of her quotes She was born in St. Louis, Missouri 4 April, 1928. She passed away on the 28th of May, 2014. </div>]]></description>

Her childhood or her relationships with her parents was restrictive, unloving, or unhappy in ways that may prevent Maya from allowing other people to get close to her in later life.&nbsp; Maya Angelou worked hard to achieve what she believed. She was known as a 'silent achiever' until she started speaking publicly.</div>]]></description>
