FYI, I am in early discussion with SU regarding restructuring and possible renaming their trimesterly Faculty Forum to update the ToR to include HeMS staff. This will work well as FPT can feed into this, and we can invite stakeholders.

In terms of timelines, Tom Heald is creating a structure doc to take to June FPT to discuss and agree the ToR etc and we would aim to implement in 2024/25 academic year, with the new SU VPs embedded in their roles etc. Will be on the May 8th FPT agenda as a verbal update.

MS forms - surveys that have been sent or included HeMS students, such as Welcome Back Survey 2023, Neurodiverse survey etc etc. This form of data collection serves purpose for proposed focus groups or other conversations.
