The main idea of the video is that learning different languages has its advantages and also helps us keep our brain healthy, complex and active.

The 3 things I learned from the video are:
1- I learned that children have an easier time learning two or more languages because the plasticity of their developing brain allows them to use both hemispheres in language acquisition.
 2-I learned that an adult person, the language is limited only in one hemisphere, usually it is the left one, which costs him a little more, but it does not mean that he cannot learn other languages.
