About History:
In 1985, a family from Seattle, or rather, Komen's father and son, decided to come up with a unique recipe for a muffin that would become the best in the world.
It is worth noting that today confectionery houses, bakeries and cafes have been opened in more than 50 countries, where buns of the famous world brand "Sinabon" are baked.

For the dough:
Eggs: 2 pcs.
Sugar: 70 g
Salt: 0.5 tsp.l.
Milk: 200 ml
Butter: 70 gr
Dry yeast: 7 g
Vanilla sugar: 7 g
Wheat flour: 520 gr
For filling:
Butter (soft): 70 gr
Brown sugar: 120 g
Ground cinnamon:
15 gr For cream: Cream cheese: 120 gr
Powdered sugar: 180 g
Butter (soft): 80 g
1. Combine yeast, 1 tsp sugar (of the total amount) and 50 ml of milk. Mix everything well and leave for 10-15 minutes until a lush "cap" appears.
2. Whisk eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla sugar until smooth.
3. Add the activated yeast, mix lightly.Pour in the non-hot melted butter, mix.
4. Pour in the sifted flour, mix with a spoon.
5. Leave the dough in a warm place for 60 minutes
6. For the filling, combine brown sugar with cinnamon and cacao, mix.
8. Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer about 1 cm thick.
9. Brush the dough with soft butter. Sprinkle the oil layer evenly with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Gently roll the dough layer into a roll.
10. Cut the roll across into equal parts. I got 12 pieces about 4 cm wide.
11. Place the blanks on a baking sheet covered with parchment. And put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes
12. While the buns are baking, prepare the buttercream. Mix butter, sugar and cream cheese.
13. Smear the buns with cream and help yourself!

1. History and interesting facts:

The homeland of potatoes is South America. The Indians not only used him for food, but also considered them an animated being, worshipped them. In Europe, namely Spain, potatoes were brought in 1551 by Pedro Cieza de Leon, a Spanish priest and geographer. From there, potatoes spread to other European countries. On the territory of Belarus, this plant has been grown since the 17th century. The local soils were ideal for potatoes, they took root and became one of the main food products.

The recipe for draniki came to Belarusian cuisine from the Polish cook Jan Shytler, who himself borrowed it from German cuisine. The draniki got their current name from the Old Russian word "tear", that is, rub. Initially, before the appearance of the grater, the potatoes were "tore" on a pointed board. In Belarusian villages, draniki were a traditional breakfast food.

2. Ingredients:

Potatoes: 12.5 pieces

Onion 1.5: pieces

Chicken egg: 2.5 pieces

Wheat flour: 5 tablespoons

Ground black pepper: to taste

Salt: to taste

Vegetable oil: to taste

3. Cooking:

3.1 Potatoes must be peeled raw, washed thoroughly and grated on a fine grater. To chop potatoes, you can also use a blender or twist it through a meat grinder. Similarly, you need to chop the onion and add it to the potatoes. Raw egg is added to the onion-potato mixture for the bundle, as well as spices to taste (mainly ground black pepper and salt) and flour. The dough for draniki is thoroughly kneaded until smooth.

3.2 A frying pan with hot oil is already waiting for pancakes, so from this moment the frying process itself begins. The dough for pancakes should be carefully, with a tablespoon, spread on a frying pan in the form of pancakes. The size of the pancakes depends on the preferences of the hostess. They can be large, then in the future they can be twisted with a variety of fillings, transforming ordinary draniki into stuffed yummy. Draniki can be very small, then it will be convenient to serve them on small plates, besides, they will surely appeal to kids.

3.3 The pancakes are fried on medium heat on both sides until a beautiful brown crust appears, after which the pan is covered with a lid, and the pancakes are fried for about three more minutes on low heat.

4. Recommendations:

Draniki is best eaten with milk or sour cream because it tastes better that way.

5.Nutritious value:

5.1 calories: 157 kcal

5.2 squirrels 5 gram

5.3 carbohydrates 30 gram

5.4 fats 2 gram
