         <description><![CDATA[<div>One way to help a child that has a developmental disability is their breathing. When they are to the point that they are over stimulated and having a behavior get to their eye level, speak to them calmly, ask them to take a few deep breaths with you, then calmly tell them that you are going to count to ten and ask for them to join (if they don't join that's ok too), start counting slowly and calmly, once you are finished with counting ask them to take another deep breath. </div>]]></description>
