In addition, living in a small city brings you a peaceful and quiet life. Such as the crime rate is less than the other cities. Even more, you can give a bbq party and spend some time with your neighbors. 
Thirdly, people can find jobs easily because there are many factories which placed far away from the city. Factories choose small cities because of the city’s advantages and opportunities.
