I also learnt about other mentors and mentees' habits and lifestyle routines, encouraging me to reflect on my lifestyle, and making improvements to simple things like my daily thoughts, routines and systems.

My mentor also had a very structured way of conducting meetings with agenda, what to achieve for each meeting and after each meeting. This structure really helped me to achieve my mentorship goals. Could have been better if I had more time to allocate to the mentorship program due to internship requirements (lack of work-life balance). 

Second mentee: I joined the program to seek more clarity in my career path to pursue, and my mentor gave me guidance by asking leading questions that led me to find answers in my own answers.
