I am in my second semester of the IHP program and taking Reiki this semester. I am one of those life-long learners and this program gives me permission to look within. For credits even! Best thing ever!!!!

I am looking forward to learning a variety of journaling skills to add to my smorgasbord method. Just as our spoken words can manifest our world, I believe that written words can focus our attention on creating the reality we desire.

There are so many things I am appreciating now. My adult daughters and grandkids live close by, and I have 2 newer sister kitties that entertain me every day. I could live outdoors and have created little ecosystems around my house to enjoy.

Today has been a wonderful music day. I love my favorite bad attitude music and today was such a fun day car dancing and then continuing at home. I heard both of these snippets of lyrics today and danced. It's all about the everyday small pleasures in life.
