However, my group was able to make real connections with each other and I look forward to building on those connections in the future. 

I had been expecting to spend much more time engaging with the capability approach and using it in our workshop, since that is closely related to my research. But, it was still nice to see the capabilities approach at the end and I have found some colleagues here that are also interested in the capability approach. 1. speaking/being silent in plenary: it was not easy, especially the first two days I think I never spoke. Also "dealing" with silence...it was not a sign of disattention or non-interest 
2. trying to express "relevant" concepts in a different language.
3. keeping the attention threshold active despite the online mode
4. communicating at a distance is sometimes tiring

2.having  the chance to spend more time with my colleagues (whom I have only seen in person once since the beginning of my PhD), getting know them better, working together. I love it!! 
3. group work: it was great to meet new emerging researchers, and great to be guided by a tutor like Federica! super friendly, nice and professional person 
4. lots of useful advice on how to approach the world of research
5. I let myself go a bit more with English (with a few mistakes here and there!)
6. in the end: i love the experience

The aspect finds to be the most rewarding and interesting was the working group.

However, I realised that, at the end of the day, I was feeling rewarded. What I most enjoyed was the process of the group work and the attention and the advice the professors gave us that I will definitely treasure.
