         <description><![CDATA[<div>Protein helps the body grow and repair itself. By eating meat, beans, fish, and eggs you are able to obtain iron, zinc, and b vitamins. According to the NHS, you should aim to eat fish two out of the seven days in the week,  especially oily fish, as it does contain omega-3 fatty acids. It has been proven that they help reduce the risk of heart disease as well as high cholesterol levels.</div>]]></description>
