         <description><![CDATA[<p>Volleyball is my favourite sport because it is quite easy to do. You don't need many things only a volleyball net, a ball, trainers, some protection to your knees and someone to play with !</p><p>This sport is quite expensive because in rispect to other sports you don't have to spend much to get what you need to play.</p><p>I think volleyball is fun because it is a team sport and you can play it at the beach with your friends too.</p><p>This sport is good for your body to make your muscle stronger and tone them up.</p><p>Some possible drawbacks are that you could break one of your legs, knees, or your arms.</p><p>If this is serious, you might have to stop playing for the rest of your life.&nbsp;</p><p>Anyway, if you use your brains you can play forever !</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I love horse riding. It is really beautiful.</p><p>Horse riding is very expensive because you need to buy a lot of things, like a saddle and appropriate gear.</p><p>It's very useful because you establish a relationship with the horse.</p><p>You have to take care of him, clean his stall and also the horse itself, everyday.  You need a lot of time to do this.</p><p>However, when you go riding it's really great. It's a good exercise. You tone up all the muscles of your legs.</p><p>However, the horse can get restive and then you may fall off.This can be very dangerous because the horse might tread over you. So be careful!u</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In my free time i like playing volleyball. I learnt to play it at school when I was a child. </p><p>I like playing volleyball because this sport builds team spirit. This sport is not easy to do, actually it is quite hard for your body. If you want to be a good player you must attend every training during the week. Every training includes very hard work, in fact there are different exercises to tone up your muscles, especially in your arms.  </p><p>A lot of people play in a volley-team, often in the team of their city and they have to pay every month to do it. </p><p>Volleyball is not very expensive but you have to buy good equipment: t-shirts, shorts, trainers and protections for elbows and knees. </p><p>On the pich there are lots of tools, balls, net.</p><p>Volleyball is great fun because you can play it with your friends at the beach or in a gym both in winter and in summer! Unfortunately you have to be cautions because broken bones are always a possible drawback.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Basketball is a popular sport in the United States. In fact a lot of American teens play in a basketball school team or they follow NBA match. </p><p>In Italy, if you want to practice this sport, it is not very expensive and I think you can easily find a gym where you can play. If you play in a team you must have a uniform but to do training you can use some sport apparel. You should have trainers. The best basketball shows are Air Jordan. You obviously need a ball and a basket, now you are ready to start!</p><p>If you are not very competitive you can have great fun !</p><p>This sport is a good exercise to the whole of your body; you can tone up your leg muscles because you run and also the muscles of your arms get stronger because  you pull the ball. However you may damage your wrist and if you fall you might even break some bones.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p> Ice-skating is an individual sport. The equipment you need consists in one body, a pantyhose and a pair of ice-skates.</p><p>You can play this sport in all weather because you can skate in an icerink. This sports gives you the chance to meet people.</p><p>Ice-skating is difficult to learn but it is fun.  It keeps you fit because you can tone up all muscles of your body.  Also it is a very good sport because it teaches discipline.</p><p>Unfortunately all sports have drawbacks. For example this sport is quite expensive because you need a season ticket to enter a club.  In addition ice-skating is very hard for your legs especially for your ankles.</p><p>In the end I reckon it is an exciting sport because it's very elegant. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Now I'm going to tell you something about my favourite sport: volleyball.
</span><span style="font-size: 13px;">It's a really nice sport which keeps you fit and makes you feel good.
</span><span style="font-size: 13px;">It's quite cheap, even if some clubs can be a little bit more expensive than others.
</span><span style="font-size: 13px;">Practicing volleyball is quite easy; you don't need a lot of things, only a court, a net, a ball and someone to play with.
</span><span style="font-size: 13px;">Usually there should be two opponent teams who play together.                                                                                      </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">It's really fun, because when you're playing, the only thing you think about is that you want to have a fair match and to have a good time, too. You don't care about scoring, that's something irrelevant. Of course this is just my opinion.
</span><span style="font-size: 13px;">With volleyball you can do good exercise: as I said before, it helps you to keep in shape, it makes you tougher and stronger; it's something which can help you to tone up some important muscles like arms, shoulders and legs. Obviously, this can be at the same time a problem for your feet, knees and also your back. Sometimes it happens that you have to jump to catch the ball and to throw it into the opponent's court.
</span><span style="font-size: 13px;">The benefits of doing this kind of sport are various: it gives you more 'freedom', it makes you more self-confident and it's an excuse for improving your body and mind.
</span><span style="font-size: 13px;">It hasn't got many drawbacks, perhaps none at all.
</span><span style="font-size: 13px;">However, you have to pay attention when you play volleyball, because you can obviously get hurt.
</span><span style="font-size: 13px;">I really love volleyball. I recommend you to try it!

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Artistic gymnastics is not a sport for everyone, but only for young people. It is practised by both boys and girls.</p><p>Usually they start young because their bones are more elastic and flexible.</p><p>This sport is not too expensive but you need to use the right tools to do the exercises.</p><p>Artistic gymnastics is dangerous and you have to be careful not to fall over the tools because you can get your muscles, ankles, and the knees hurt ,</p><p>People who do this sport must train all their muscles.</p><p>Doing the exercises, we strengthen the legs, the hands, the ankles, but shorten the thigh muscles.</p><p>It's a sport based on harmony and balance, It's really beautiful to see it.          <description><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 13px;">One of the most popular sports is athletics, which my sister practices at </span><span style="font-size: 12.7272720336914px;">a competitive level.&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 13px;">She </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">has a beautiful body, and very well built-up muscles.</span></p><p>The benefits of this sport are that it keeps you in shape, because you must 
train almost everyday and the trainings are difficult and tiring.</p><p>This sport is good for all the body, because it strengthens all your muscles while the drawbacks of this sport are that it's very competitive and many “friends” can be very envious and jealous when you win the match.</p><p>Luckily Athletics is not very expensive, although you need some equipment, like spikes, tight, a top, a t-shirt, trainers and shorts.</p><p>In this sport you could get hurt while doing it. <span style="font-size: 12.7272720336914px;">Many athletes had problems with their Achille tendon, ankles and knees. </span><span style="font-size: 12.7272720336914px;">Obviously it's quite normal that doing a sport you might get injured, because </span><span style="font-size: 12.7272720336914px;">you use many parts of your body.</span></p>]]></description>

This is very exciting because it has many benefits but it has also a few drawbacks. It depends on how good you are, but also on the category which you are in : often, however, it is inexpensive. You need a jersey, a pair of shorts and knee pads. Usually each team has its own uniform.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Volleyball is sociable and fun!          <description><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-size: 13px;">I want to talk about my favourite sport which is volleball. I think it is quite easy to do, because all you need is a net, a ball, trainers and someone to play with. </span><br></p><p>It is not as expensive as skiing and it keeps you fit. Volleyball tones up leg muscles and arms; you have also to jump a lot. </p><p>Anyway it's an exciting sport. In addition, it's good for meeting people and it teaches team spirit. </p><p>It has also some drawbacks, of course. You have to play in all weathers and it can cause problems to knees, shoulders and fingers. </p><p>It takes a lot of energy but when the match is over, you feel satisfied even if you are tired. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Ice skating is<span style="font-size: 13px;"> a beautiful and enjoyable sport, especially if you become good at it.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">It's useful for your body because it keeps you fit, but it's very important to do a good warming up. If you don't do it, you can hurt your muscles or your legs because ice skating consists in a dance with a lot of difficult jumps. If you fall, you might break bones, knees, ankles and sometimes your wrists. So it can be rather dangerous!</span></p><p>It isn't so expensive, the only thing that costs a lot are the skates. </p><p>However you need a season ticket to practise it.</p><p>In my opinion ice skating is a useful sport for your body; even if it's very hard it helps to keep fit and to tone up muscles.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Volleyball is a social sport because you can stay in relation with others.</p><p>This sport isn't expensive because you just need to have a ball, a net, two toggles, a pair of trainers and, of course, someone who plays with you.</p><p>One of the most important benefits of this sport is that it is a good exercise for your legs, arms, shoulders, and buttocks. You can also do it anywhere provided that there is a volley camp and a net. </p><p>The main drawback instead is that while playing you could  get hurt because you can damage your shoulders and your back. You can also twist your ankle or your wrist. </p><p>So, all in all, even if there are some dangers, playing volleyball is so much fun that you can easily forget about the possible risistemare and just enjoy it!</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>My favorite sport, and the sport that I like the most is Table tennis.</p><p>In my free time i like to play Table Tennis with my brother. </p><p>I like table tennis becouse it is very easy,interesting and if I can say it is such a queit sport. If you want to play a table tennis match, you just need to have one pair of good sneackers, a racket and lots of balls, and of course someone to play with you. The benefits of table tennis are that it keeps you fit, because you are always running around the table. One and only drawback of table tennis is that you can get your arm hurt. This sport is not so expensive, so In a few words you can do it easily.  </p><p>I suggest that you find someone to start playing  table tennis with you</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>My favourite sport is basketball.&nbsp;</p><p>I like it because it is really an enjoyable sport.&nbsp;</p><p>Moreover, it is useful for keeping fit and it is quite cheap. In fact all you need is a pair of trainers, a ball and a basket.&nbsp;</p><p>You can practise basket in all seasons, both indoors and outdoors. Usually the training lasts about two hours while a match lasts one hour and thirty minutes. Each team consists of five players.&nbsp;</p><p>However, there are also some drawbacks. Playing basketball can cause problems for example to your ankles, knees and legs because you have to jump a lot of times in order to score a pòint. </p>]]></description>
