         <description><![CDATA[<div>I know that some of the things that use solar energy are some cars. Also you can use solar power instead of electricity. I have seen it on houses being used instead of electricity. It means instead of using energy and not being able to use it again solar powered things can use it more than once as long as they have the sun so they can work.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>They didn't use wind because they had unreliable wind and frequent cyclones. They didn't use tidal because it was two expensive for such a small scale. They didn't use Hydroelectric because there was no rivers or lakes on Tokelau. They didn't do geothermal because they had no underground rivers or streams. Biomass they used as there back up because they could use coconut oil. They went with solar because it was cheap and it was very effective seeing they get lots of sun. A critique is a person who has to have it right and will say it needs to go there or to far to the left.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Tuvalu should go for solar and Tonga. The fact that they can't use wind because of cyclone risk. It would be to expensive to use tidal on such a small scale. One of the similarities is the fact that they don't have to many people so they shouldn't go for something two expensive.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Tokelau decided to change to solar because they wanted to take a lead and stop using fossil fuels and because it was causing the sea to rise and if it keeps happening they will be underwater. How they have changed is they stopped because it cost two much to ship the fossil fuels in and so they decided to change.<br><br>It was to expensive to keep shipping the fossil fuels in. Also a lot of the reusable electricity is to expensive or not able to be operated on their island</div>]]></description>
