People are tired and more interested in finishing their year strong than participating in PD that may not be relevant (district PD)

    I also think the timing of the survey plays a part, too. People are so overwhelmed and tapped out by the time they take it, I don't think they take it seriously.


    I personally loved the choose your own adventure PDs. I love any PD where I can collab with other teachers, too.
