You can upload a file, a photo, a link to another website. You can even click the fourth hexagon (orange with magnifying glass) to search for an image online to add to you note. 

By clicking the fourth hexegon (pink three dots) you can find a number of other options, such as recording yourself and leaving a voice note, or drawing something on screen you wish to share.
