My strengths that I got from the strengths assessment are harmony, connectedness, restorative, empathy, and includer. Knowing these strengths I don't really see how they would contradict any of my goals. I understand that I'm still not the most responsible or organized, but I am willing to get help from others who do have these strengths. Although I don't need to alter any of my SMART goals I would like to add one. I would like to make being responsible, and organized one of my strengths by next school year. I can talk to people who have these strengths and figure out how they do what they do.

I would like to be working in a lab or in national parks studying nature. I'm not sure exactly what I want my job title to be, but I know I am interested in environmental science. My restorative strength is perfect for this field of study because I like looking at concepts and understanding how they work and what makes them tick. This is perfect because there is a lot of studying in this field and I am great at that. Another strength that is a great contributor is harmony. Working in a lab with different people who have different personalities could get heated when they don't agree how something should be done so having the strength of harmony can get the group back on track and focus on what really matters. Having empathy contributes to this career because I have the ability to relate to others emotions and feelings. This can be great as a motivator to studying animals that are going extinct and figuring out how we can stop it.
