Firstly, on most communities there is no fair of giving chance for have works. Because some people use their connections to work in popular companies which increase the unbalance way of working . Furthermore, if many businesses employ a small number of workers each worker has a massive tasks to do , that would be unjust for many people who applying for a job .

Secondly, most of businesses employ only who have professional experience . Firstly, in most communities there is injustice of giving all candidates work opportunities ,because some candidates resort to use their connections to someone works in big companies .Consequently ,allowed giving them the priority, even thought they are unqualified and without even any experience . Furthermore, if many businesses attempt to employ few number of workers in order to reduce the spending, so each worker has a massive tasks to do with long working hours and that would be injustice for many people who could not gain any job.

Secondly, most  of the firms hire only who has many years of professional experience so the number of unemployed people raise in many country such as Egypt and Grace , so a lots of fresh graduated youth don't have obtain any chance to work and utilize their skills and become an active member in his society . for example one of my relative graduated from IT engineering with honors ,however , he suffered for several years to get suitable work,eventually he wok in different field not related to his IT background. you can image how terrible it was .

Nowadays the society is unequal, some people are being paid massive incomes due to working for long period of time in contrast to that others do not have a job. I partially agree with the statement due to some reasons. However, it is difficult to accept this point of view completely because there are middle class people in the society who work for less time and gain less income.
 Firstly, there might be some reasons behind unemployed individuals. For instance, they did not have the opportunity to study at university to get the career needed because of financial problems. Moreover, poor exprience and less efficiency are another crucial reasons for people being unemployed because nowadays most companies are searching for experienced workers. Which leads to increase the number of jobless people and consequently causes unbalanced job distribution.
 Secondly, giving the opportunity to people because of nepotism rather than searching for skillful and educated individuals is another vital cause of inequal job distribution in eastern societies. Nevertheless, there are some regulations in Qatar that allows only a number of relatives to work at the same company that helps to reduce the preferential treatment in the workplace.

An Expert said that , if we do not make a balanced between the number of workers and the number of hours , as a result of this , the society will be divided into two parts , poor and rich , consequently , There will be many political problems and the government will be subjected to many revolutions from the people side in order to take their rights so there will be many civil wars and therefore many people will die and some may emigrate , so we must solve this phenomenon before it gets worse

First of all, there is no chance for other people which is very unfair and can lead to alot  of problems for the country, there would be alot  of hunger and poor people and would effect the country's economy and will bring the country down. For instance, in China there are people who work in offices for 10 hours and there are others who can't find find jobs, so they work part time jobs with very low salaries and little working hours, which caused alot  of hunger and displacements.


Secondly, having a middle class will balance the sockety, there won't be as much crimes as countries who have middle class, a statistic has shown that countires who have middle class have less percentage of crimes, there won't men as much as poor Poole to steal from richer people.

To conclude, having middle class in society will benefit us as much, it will benefit the country's economy and it will balance the society as well, I personally think that it is necessary for countries to have a middle class.
