"Rethinking How Schools Work"
We are trying to educate 21st century students using 20th century techniques.
What if we had schools that operated on a flexible, rotating schedule? What about as a hybrid course?
Learning must become more personalized, self-paced, project-based, problem-engaging, virtual and exploratory; all at the appropriate times. The educational arena must help students to "visualize" their future; to see the ideals/ purposes of high-skilled, high demand occupations.
Students must see the purpose behind the learning.
----------------------------------------------------
"If students can't learn the way we teach, then we need to teach the way they learn"
