not all doctors have the same situation

so when a doctor makes a mistake it could be a big mistake or a little note mishap but, when your a surgen your mistakes better be small because then it might take someones life and that's a mistake that you can't fix. So all doctors shouldn't be and should because it depends on their situation.

because in the first place they shouldn't

have done a surgery out of their comfort

zone. Second place they did do a surgery

out o their comfort zone than there are

more risks of messing something up.  

If they do make a small mistake it won't 

be as much as a big deal

Therefore doctors should stay in there

comfort zone, so they don't accidentally

make a mistake or "take a wrong turn."

affect their skill, leaving them with mistakes,

then they should. If they couldn't control what

happen, then it isn't their fault. If they haven't

fully trained, they should have someone with

them to make sure that they dont make any

major mistakes.

I they are trained, than it is their fault! Only fully

trained and experienced doctors should perform

if it's something they can't fix, like if their patient

is bleeding out and they can't control it then it's not

their fault, also you don't know what they were doing

the previous day, they could've been up all night doing a

surgery, if that happened it's not their fault, no matter what it shouldn't

be their fault.

If they add a second nose or a eleventh toe they should be

blamed for it. But if they give you the wrong meds becuase

you have the same last name of someone they should not be blamed. 

So really it all depends.

if they worked harder, they should be held responsible.
