         <description><![CDATA[<div>boys and slaves in Athens were tough at home by there mothers until the age of 7.Then they went to a school until the age of 14.<br><br>When you turn 7 in Sparta they took you from your homes to have them train for battles.Not just boys had to go even little girls&nbsp; had to train in the military.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>in Athens woman were not considered citizens they could not vote and they could not even pick there own husband.<br><br><br>the women in Sparta had the same lives as me do because they had to prepare to fight and if there husband was gone in war fore long enough time they could marry a new man.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

The palace they traded at was called the agora. the Athens used coins for there money.<br><br>the Spartans on the other hand depended on farming because there land was to big to feed all of the people. The Spartans used iron bars as money.</div>]]></description>
