Respected research studies found that young people who eat only small amounts of saturated fat have lower total cholesterol levels.<br><br>Frequent consumption of junk foods can also increase the risk of diseases such as hypertension and stroke. Hypertension and stroke can occur because of the high amounts of cholesterol and salt in junk foods.</div>]]></description>
