Teachers need to understand that Quintiles in NWEA and Leadership Report Cards are reversed. They need to make sure that there are aware of the movement of students between quintiles for each monitoring period. Teachers need to know and understand how other progress monitoring data informs quintile monitoring. (Murphy, Otto, Schim, Guinn)
