         <description><![CDATA[<div>Two major things:<br>1) As a tech savvy person there are lots of websites, apps, and tech platforms available to teachers and learners. Exploring new and different technologies has been exciting. This has also reminded me how quickly technology changes and evolves!<br>2) The  ISTE's 14  Essential Conditions made me dig deeper into the issue at hand. There is much needed attention to detail when uncovering the layers to a problem. This process has caused me to pause at each one of the fourteen conditions to process through what is being done, what is working, what need improving, and the end goal. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Writing will forever hold a valued and import place in higher education, however the exposure to different media and technology (specifically websites) in this course has transferred into both other courses and my current employment. <br><br>In an effort to organize my dissertation research, I have considered creating a padlet as it is an easy platform to use and keeps information well organized. <br><br>In my current position, I'm transitioning from a traditional newsletter to an infographic after using piktochart. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>
