Due to being a single mom of two, working 60-84 hours a week as a paramedic, being a student, and the fact that I started smoking again last year, all make me question the validity of that. My great-grandpa who was my father figure in life had multiple strokes and passed away four years ago. With all of the restrictions on medications, I have to do in-depth sleep studies and routinely have check-ups with my pulmonologist who specializes in sleep medicine.
