Cheng Peng: Susan Kneebone has stated that there is the blobalized refuee policy. If this is the case, given that some states are still underdeveloped and have heavy burden to feed their own population and stabilize their own society, is having the international refugee policy really fair to all states? Also, are the Asian states (including Australia) really want to provide protection for the refugees? Or they are just forced to do so because of the liberal values imposed by the Western countries?
