Advantages

• The teacher can easily move around and engage in conversation with both individuals and groups.
Students can collaborate easily in small groups.
Because they can see each other more clearly, students are more likely to interact with one another during class and share information as well as can discuss the work.

Disadvantages

• Since not every student is facing the teacher when they are speaking, it could be harder for them to keep their attention focused. Teachers find it more difficult to keep an eye on students' behaviour or comprehension when they are all facing them.
