"Please stop writing, I am now going to collect the papers," the invigilator announced. Heaving a sigh of relief, I passed my paper, quite reluctantly, to the invigilator and set off on my way home.
Ever since Common Test, I have not been very confident with my marks, except for Science and Mathematics, which were held on the last two days of examinations. But I had hope this time. Well, I have already reached home, so I rushed to my desktop and gamed for quite some time.
That night was the best night of sleep I have gotten in a while; I have never felt so free! :D
10th May: Waking up to a bright and sunny morning, I walked over to the kitchen to eat a little bite for breakfast. Suddenly, I realised. It was a holiday! "How convenient," I thought, "for a holiday to be right after our last examination!" 
After all, I could enjoy being the only one at home as my younger brother still had school on that day. "This is the life!" I thought.

And our class was going to learn the basics of golf. "Very interesting," I must say. I have never played golf in my life and this experience would truly be a new experience. When we started, our coach, Coach Freddie, taught us 3 basic golf swings, a putt, a half swing, and a full swing. My classmates did not seem to excited once we started to hit the balls, but we had one professional: Teck En! According to him, he played golf every Saturday, which probably explained why he was able to hit the ball so hard. Coach Freddie also taught us about some types of golf clubs: such as the putter, the wedge, the Iron , the Wood, and the Driver (Hybrid clubs)
We began with the Wedge, then the Wood, but suddenly, it started to rain! "Oh, what a disappointment," I thought to myself. However, Coach Freddie also had a backup plan. He let us do putting. We had to use a putter (golf club) and lightly tap the ball into a goal. It was pretty easy, for me.
Once the rain stopped, (fortunately!) we went back to learn more about the hybrid clubs, especially the Driver as it is the largest club which can hit golf balls the furthest. Coach Freddie set Teck En as our example for driving.

I knew that if I did not do well in my examinations, I would lose my phone! My dear, precious phone! (haha)
It all started with Chinese, with Mdm Yeo. She began giving out the papers, and once I received mine, I was shocked. I neither improved, nor deteriorated. "That's weird," I thought. At the same time, I heaved a sign of relief as I did not flunk my Chinese.(#happy)
Next up, was Science. I knew I was a Science geek, but I still waited there, for Mr Lim to give out the Transportation Science paper; basically Physics to you!
Once I received it, I was overjoyed. I beat the whole class with 41 out of 50 for the paper! However, while I wanted my Health Science (Biology to you!) marks, Mr Lim mentioned giving it out TOMORROW, which was a big shock! I wanted all my Science marks! I wanted a big fat A1! "Oh well, might as well wait for tomorrow for my Bio marks," I said to myself.
The last two papers which were given out were English and Mathemetics. For English, I may not have improved a lot but I did not screw it up as badly as I did in the Level Test 1. For Mathematics, I was happy that my efforts have not gone to waste. 17th May was the first day when I was going to receive my Integrated Humanities paper. (History)
After going through the papers again with our Subject Teachers, our History Teacher came in, with bad news. There was a Mean Subject Grade (Grade=A1-F9) and our class got 5.4 for MSG. It did not sound good. So, our teacher gave out the papers, and when I saw mine, I was (almost) instantly depressed. I got a failing mark (13/30)! I was shocked. I loved History. It was one of our class' favorite subjects in school! I did not expect this to happen and of course, if my parents saw this, I would never live to see my phone again. (HAHA)
However, I had a point which would prove good to get 1 extra mark.
I asked Ms Huang, and she helped me add one mark. Then she looked at the next question and gave me another. You could not believe my relief once I saw that 15/30 on my paper. (and on the SDM) I actually passed! (YAYAYAYYAY)
I walked home quite happy with myself (not so because i got so low)

However, we were late because we were discussing administrative matters with Ms Huang before we proceeded down to the Lecture Theatre.
Our Geography teachers (Mr Aurelius Yeo and Ms Ruth Loh), taught us the basics of Geography, and basically what to bring every lesson. They also introduced us to our 2nd Integrated Humanities Alternative Assessment, or Performance Task, which was to create, and complete an iBook on the basics from the textbook.
The iBook was almost a hundred pages long! It was a big shock and of course, I would very much need to complete it, if not I would receive a scolding from my IH teachers.

My group and I started our preparation, but during the whole 45 minute shift, we only had to present to one curious parent. We started our preparation for SST Open House, which would be on that Saturday. We practised our new formations for Singing in the Rain, our SYF piece. (Singapore Youth Festival)

We began the day with presentations after the flag raising.
After that, we stayed in the Multi Purpose Hall for a Last-day-of-school kind of activity. We played games such as Hunter and Squirrel, Dodgeball, and more fun games!
We then proceeded to the classroom for a survey done by the Peer Support Board members. (Shoutout to Keane from S308) 
After the short 40 minute break, we arranged the tables back to their original formation and we sat according to register numbers. Then, our Form Teacher, Mdm Yeo, gave out all the remaining papers which have not yet been given to us.
She and Mr Hiap also gave out our Report Card together with the Report Slips. Then, school ended. 
I did have CCA though, so I stayed back to help out.
Being part of the Show Choir of SST, I was to help out in the setting up of the Show Choir booth in the Atrium.
We prepared our props.
After that, at around 3.45pm, we proceeded to the Dance Studio for our final rehearsal for the Open House the next day.

Then, while my friends and I were in charge of the booth, we invited guests to watch the performances by the whole Show Choir.
First, the Sec 1 Dance crew performed. It was a nice performance to watch, considering the fact that I watched every single performance xd
Next was our performance; me and the Sec 2s in the choir. We performed Lights Down Low by MAX and Summer Pop Medley 2014 by Kurt Hugo Schnedler and Sam Tsui.
The performances continued once every hour, until the end of the Open House when everybody cleaned up the Atrium.
I ate 4 cotton candies in total there, sorry Mrs Jang! XD
