I realized that when I saw the SWP Workbook, that all of Round 9 had no expenditures, so there is no R9 VAR info to report. Yippee Skippee!!

SWP as a pass through

If SWP is being used as a pass through funding source, student level data isn't needed. Instead the student level data will be provided on the funded program's VAR report (if applicable) and notes can be made within the portal to make the connection.
