I am so proud to say that I'm a former Spartan because of the care and compassion that the Frost staff shows to all the students and community. I learned so much from all of you over the years, but more than that, you taught me to true meaning of GRIT and that there is no reward without risk. You all always pushed the envelope to create a culture that makes kids wanting to come back everyday.  It never surprises me when Frost is mentioned for something notable.
