1) Appearance: The red capsicums on the skewer looked a little burnt and black around the corners. The grilled chicken cubes looked a little dry and had a hint of orange brown colour from the curry powder marinate.

2) Taste: The grilled chicken kebab was savory and had a strong and warm garlic/gingery taste. It also had hint of spiciness contributed by the curry powder. The capsicum was juicy and sweet

3) Texture: The chicken was dry on the outside but juicy on the inside. It was tough/soft to chew. Grilled Chicken Kebab: 
Appearance: The chicken was in golden brown colour after grilled and the capsicums was that only some were turned into the light colour of brown.
Taste: The taste of the chicken was curry taste and the the capsicums were very juicy.
Texture: The chicken was a little hard to chew and the capsicums were very juicy then it looked.

Lava Chocolate Cake:
Appearance: It looked really chocolaty and crispy at the top only.
Taste: Very strong chocolate taste and delicious.
Texture: Crispy at the top but really soft and fluffy inside as there was a lot of chocolate liquid inside the cake.
