         <description><![CDATA[<div>The US believes that washing and sanitizing the egg can clean it from the chickens remains on it but the UK doesn't because they say that doing this can remove the cuticle around the egg that protects it from pathogens. Therefore, UK says it should remain uncleaned and unrefridgerated while the US refridges it because they remove the cuticle, making it more vulnerable to the pathogens. This is why the US and UK have their different procedures for their eggs.</div>]]></description>
