         <description><![CDATA[<div>Where powers are separated between Regional and national levels (Basic definition)<br><br>The founders vaguely described how much power each level had, however, we knew power was divided.&nbsp;<br><br>All the apples in an apple basket anaology is the sign that powers NEED to be seperated, so in case one group gets corrupt, the other 2 are intact. Thus, if one DOES get corrupt, that's when Checks &amp; Balances are implemented. </div>]]></description>
