I would like to improve my instructions and explanation of the topic given in the class.I love thinking of the possibilities of innovating and alternating the material used in class.I dislike the idea of teaching in a virtual environment, since most of students get distracted easily in other pages. Also, I do not like that the students do not turn their camera on, as it create certain uncertainty respect to their attendance to the class.Between the aspects I agree with are facing the challenge that imply to teach for different context.

1- I want to look for some activities and alternatives because now I'm feeling that I don't have more ideas to create the class materials.

2- I love the way that students are interesting in give their opinions in my ALE class and the way they try to speak in English even if they have some mistakes. Also, I love the way that I have gotten used to the virtual ALE environment.

3- In general something that for me was not comfortable was the modality of the practicum, because I prefer face to face spaces.

4- The way that topics are divided, for me it is so interesting, because it allows students to explore different subjects and it breaks the traditional ways of teaching.

1. I need to improve in my confidence and shyness because I always feel nervious before, during and after the classes. Also I need to stop focusing on grammar and more in content.
2. I love that I try to do different activities to keep students engaged in the topic and the class.
3. I am just making warm up and helping a teacher that have a visual disability and I really feel comfortable and happy with that space that I have, so I do not have any complain or something that I would like to change.

1: The aspects that I would like to improve with respect to my teaching is to have a better command of the group, this means having their attention always and that they have a more active participation not only some people but all of them.

2: I think that the part that I like the most about my teaching is creating material, I take the time to prepare and think about what is the best activity to implement within the classes, activities that they like and can learn.

3: Of the aspects that I don't like about ALE are that sometimes the students don't pay enough attention to the class, not all of them but some that connect and are paying attention to other things outside the class or just connect and They don't pay attention, I've noticed this because in some group activities they don't participate and when I ask them something directly they don't respond.

4: I think that the aspects that I like the most about ALE is learning, each class we have to improve new things so that the next class is better than the previous one, in terms of creating materials, explaining the topic, activities. I think it is a way to improve every day and I have seen changes from my first class to the last.

1. Some things that I would like to improve can be the creavity that I have about the activities in all my Ale session. It means that I have to looking for more resources to use in the activities and in the class, because I usually didn't use original and cretaive material in my classes with my students.

2. I love the active participativo, because that means that some students are very focuse on the lesson and the activities that it has.

3. About the desagreements, I don't like that my students stay in silence when I ask for participants or voluntaries. In some cases I don't hace the participativo that I would like to have and that is sad.

4. I like the way that we create lesson plans but with the specific syllabus and objective in the specific format that each one of us have according to the topic in the ALE spaces. I considero that I do it well, but I can make it in a better way.

1. I would like to be more clear when I am in front of the class, using my ideas as I have in mind.

I consider that I have to try not to speak in Spanish when students don't understand my instructions. It is better to look for another alternative instead of speaking Spanish and translate them.
I love my creativity preparing the activites in my lesson plans. I think I try to create activities to make them feel motivate and thta contributes because I feel motivated as well.
I disagree with the lack of organization, for instance when sending the link with the schedules and with the hours that we have to fulfill. Besides that, some of the students don´t like to enter to classes and even when they entered they don't participate. But we have to take that as a teaching challenge.
I really like that the practice is virtual even it is hard to make them participate, but when they do it, I feel really good. I agree with the alternative spaces and that we can teach those kind of topics.

1. I need to improve the silence in some parts of the classes when they don't know the answer or are thinking

2. I like the way I try to create the materials (Slides, games..) to achieve students feel interested in the topic.
I'm working on it, but I would like to have more vocabulary about some topics and be able to create a more fluent conversation with them.

3. I don't agree with the English level in students sometimes. It is necessary to start from a lower level than they are supposed to have.

4. I can learn what their mind is like, and in that way create activities that they like.

1. What I would like to improve in my teaching is the strategies in order to create or develop a class. Besides, it is important to know how to generate a good environment for all of us.

*During the practicum I improve how to create a good environment and have more strategies since I start to be more confident and comfortable about what I do.

2. I'm proud of how I take into account my students and not just the content. I'm so happy when I can help or engage students and learn also values.

*I am still proud of this aspect and also my attitude during the classes since I am so motivated and students could realize that.

3. I haven't had the opportunity to develop a class in ALE, however, I would like more participation from students, even if they just say a word or simple sentence. Another point is that I feel so frustrated and bad when there are no students because I work really hard in order to create more than a theme. Nevertheless, I have the opportunity to work with kids, and the most difficult part for me is the discipline on some occasions with them.

4. The idea of creating thematics is great since I can also learn about culture, and other really interesting topics using a target language.

- I would like to improve the way in which I give instructions to avoid misunderstandings in the activities or confusions.
- I like when students get involve in the class and participate actively because in this way I can notice that the class is an environment in which they are learning effectively and develop their skills.
- I disagree with the distribution of students because there are a lot of them that entered to my class and there is not their class, so they are not motivateand they are not going to participate.

Aspect 1
I’d like to improve my stratégies and find a way in which every student participate in the different activities.

Aspect 2
I love the way in which I can take my topic and divide it in a lot of sub tópics that allows me to generate or create fun and interesting activities.

I dislike how some students attend to the session just to stay in silence waiting for the attendance sheet and leave the class, they have not passion in learning English.
