- I currently live in Winchester, VA.   My husband was active duty in the Navy therefore, we have lived in countless states and countries.  i am originally from Stillwater, MN.  Love the Midwest people but, not the weather.
I have 3 grown children ages 26, 23, 18.  My oldest works for MVA too.  

- My favorite food is Japanese food.  Give me a Bento Box and I am happy.

- When I am not working I enjoy gardening, reading and knitting.

- As a child, I didn't celebrate birthdays and never had a birthday party or went to a birthday party. My second children's book about not having birthday parties was released yesterday. "I Want a Birthday Party!"

- Besides writing children's books, I love to do 1000 piece puzzles, diamond painting and spending time with my first grandchild. 

My favorite things to do are traveling and snuggling with our grandbaby and puppies. I spend my free time volunteering with our local homeless shelter, Big Brothers/Big Sisters and NCAA and USA Swim Meets.  My husband and I actually met working swim meets and have enjoyed organizing meets from small local meets to large meets including Olympic Trials.  

My favorite food is pizza. Enough said :)

- I love my family and friends and spend as much time with them as possible. Family time is irreplaceable, so we spend a lot of time together camping, boating, hiking, fishing, and just having fun. 

- Chinese is my absolute favorite!!!

- Spending as much time outdoors and on the lake as possible. Living in Michigan is the absolute best! Whether we are tearing up the trails in our dune buggies and snow mobiles or water skiing across Lake Huron...we are having fun (safely of course!) and spending time together.

I have a Masters’ degree with a concentration in Peacebuilding & Conflict Transformation  from SIT Graduate Institute in Vermont. My undergraduate degree concentration is Urban & Regional Planning from a school in the eastern part of Nigeria (ESUT).

- I love outdoor activities and DIY projects. I recently graduated for college and am currently working on becoming a certified Sign Language interpreter.

If I'm eating healthy, my favorite food is probably sweet potatoes with some avocado and salsa. When I'm not eating healthy... I love anything covered in chocolate or cheese! When I'm not working, I am spending time with my husband and daughter or reading books.  I like to read a lot of different genres- history, politics, classics, and mysteries.

- I am a Mom of 2 boys: Richy (14) and Liam (12).  They keep me super busy, I like to call myself "Uber Mom"

- My favorite things to do when not working is watching my boys play Baseball and Garden :)      

- Being the girl dad of three wonderful daughters, I now have three incredible sons-in-law, and four of the "bestest" grandsons.  Earlier this summer, I was able to hang with all 3 of my siblings and my mom at the same time for the first time in 17 years.  I love contemporary jazz, baseball, and my church.

- As a T1D, I do not get to eat some of my favorite foods, but breakfast with eggs and mouthwatering bacon is high on the list!

- Not working?  ah, sleep  I enjoy all three of my jobs: MVA, Fraser Public Library, and Jimmy John's Field.  I do find time to attend concerts and usually post videos I take on  https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCGLmtd5mW0moe7gQASIiPnQ

- I am a mother of 6 half are young adults. Kaiyla (22), Xavier (21), Kyra (19) and the youngest are Keniah (15), Kenyatta (12), and the Princess Kimira (6). I'm a proud wife and love having a big family chaotic and all. (lol) I have two beautiful granddaughters Amelia (5) and Kaiyli  ( 1year and 8 months). Yes, they all keep me very busy. 

- I love a juicy Ribeye Steak.

- My favorite thing to do when not working would probably be to relax but we all know that's not possible. I love spending time with my family, listening to music, taking long walks etc. 

- I am a mom of 2 sweet but wild boys, Koltyn 9, Kyzer 5 they keep me on my toes. I help my husband coach 10U Baseball. We live in the country and have a small farm.

- When not working I like to spend time with my kids and husband, we enjoy going to my parents to float in the pool or relax but who has time to really relax. We really enjoy going riding with our friends who have property with lots of trails to ride.

- I am a mom to 3 kids ages 4 and under. I am the assistant coach for Rochester University Women’s Basketball.

- I enjoy spending time with my kids, going for a nice run and seeing friends. 

- I am originally from Los Angeles, CA but have lived in Michigan since 2011. I have been married to my wonderful husband for 24 years and we have a 16-year-old daughter. I am a lover of all things Disney and we take most of our family vacations at Walt Disney World.

- I LOVE all kinds of Tacos  🌮  🌮  🌮  and can eat them every day of the week (not just Tuesdays 😉). I also enjoy Mediterranean food and Sushi.

- When I'm not working, I'm either crocheting, crafting or watching Disney movies with the family.

- I live in Menominee MI, the start of the UP, married, and have two kids, a daughter who's 13 and a son who is 11. We have a very spoiled St. Bernard named Chloe, a kitten and a bunny. I am a vegetarian and huge animal lover. I love winter and would be in Alaska if I could.

-I'm a middle school lead and I've been with MVA since December. I also will be the eighth grade math teacher this year! 

-Before having kids I coached gymnastics, dance, and cheerleading but now I spend my free time with our toddler and two month old twins. Now all my boys keep my busy busy busy 💘

-My favorite food would probably be an eye of the tiger sushi burrito and I always have to get a fuku tea boba green tea with it bc I love it just as much as the burrito (maybe, definitely more). 

-If I'm not working I'm on the phone with my cancer sis (also biological sis) Chloe Jashinski from Step Up. I'm also a photographer (shameless Instagram plug @84photography_sage) and when I'm able to I'd love to get back into gardening and other outdoor activities like hiking and riding my bike. Happy birthday to all my fellow July babies!!!
