I enjoyed reading your responses. I thought you have provided thoughtful answers that you have learned and what you have found interesting. I think you have a great understanding of why we need bees. I would like to know more about your statement, Bees make fruit. How can you elaborate on that statement? You have also stated that you do not want to kill bees and you would like to save them. Bees are really important. What could be a way that you can help save the bees?

I am glad that you have a better understanding of the importance of having honey bees. I appreciate that you put a lot of effort about writing what you have learned about the honey bees. How does that make you feel that 1/3 of our foods depends on the honey bee pollination? The amount is quite a lot. I like the fact that you were able to know that bees are important and we really need bees to help make foods that we love. What are some of the things that bees help make? I would like for you to be specific with your statement. Also think of if we had to pollinate our own corps? How would our world look like? Would we still be able to enjoy our favorite foods?

I liked how you have learned that bees are not mean. It is true that we should not bother bees or try to make them angry or scared. We can just shoo it away or walk away when a bee is buzzing around us. I am also glad that you know that we do need bees and bees help our food. When you had seen the video clip, how did that make you feel? Do you think that humans are part of the problem of the decline in the honey bee population? What do you think? I would like for you to write and share your thoughts? Maybe that will help you find a question that you are still unsure about.
